Riot,why do you do this?

Every single time, Riot ignores every single possible instance of feedback from the community. The PBE, The buffs/nerfs, the new champions... AND OMG EVERY TIME LEE SIN WILL EMERGE. I'm just gonna do reworks now. It's amazing how riot decimates a champion when only one aspect needed to be adressed. eg #1:Fiora. All she really needed was a new passive and ultimate,maybe some tweaks to the rest of her kit. What do they do? Give her an insane passive. Nerf her Q Her W is mostly a buff,but it immobilizes her. Her poor E got gutted hard. Honestly,who asked for a slow and crit? AND HER ULTIMATE OH MY GOD. If you can shutter step good enough this could help in lane,however its kinda pointless. Its practically 4 passives. There isn't much purpose to hit all 4 spots,yeah you get healed and true damage but the heal doesn't change from only hitting one spot. It has almost zero teamfight potential. Ult the dying guy for a heal.
