Add option to show/not show chat

I understand the chat can be a good tool for strategy and communication. But honestly, my life would be much better without it. I can communicate well enough with pings and I would me much happier if I never had to read the shit people say ever again. And yes, I could mute everybody from the beginning, but honestly that shouldn't be the thing. It should be something as easy as disable chat in the interface options.
