I got literally destroyed by her in ranked. There are two games with her on the enemy team steam rolling with limited CS and then my teamate doing the same thing. So I decided to first time her in a normal . . . guess who was rocking an almost penta that game? This champ is just nuts. No, I'm being serious she literally has nuts because when she lands 2 abilities she will be plowing you in the face with them. It's all it takes, 2 abilities to kill somebody. It's like Syndra . . . except Syndra has a triple flash every half a second and can chase you the entire map away. I would rather deal with Syndra.

Mele carries with 1.5 damage items need to be able to 100-0 at 12 mins into the game... otherwise they're just not viable

i feel like calling something OP in normals is outright stupid. I think her laning phase is a bit strong, especially in terms of being gankable, but don't come out of norms thinking something you did was op because you're playing against unranked/bronze/silvers.

I think if somebody can click 1-2 buttons and end up killing somebody is OP. She needs to be toned down if that is the case but it usually is always the case. Kat is a control mage - assassin- AOE damage dealing burst mage that can kill people in under 1 second. Being able to travel massive distances at a time while also being able to cremate somebody just isn't right. At least with Syndra you've got to be out of position to get hit with her R.

It's called burst assassin. She snowballs hard. Annie can R Q a squishy and they are actually dead. It's literally two hits. With Kat you are vulnerable to CC because the damage isn't instant (Q E R and maybe a W or an extra E if needed) and she is fully exposed while ulting.
