Remember when her 'q' had 100% ad scaling before her rework? Before her rework, you respected her damage or she f*cked you up. Now she's a wet noodle. It's bad enough her ult is gone, but you had to gut her damage too. Thanks a lot Riot.

A melee ranged attack on a tank is really powerful with things like Titenic Hydra, pop the active, throw the shield and your enemies just melt.
