Xayah and Rakan is getting annoying

I'm seeing them in almost every normal game, and it's getting annoying. Please make the IP cost 12,600 the next time you release a new champion, to discourage players from purchasing it.

the way new champions work is they get spammed for the first two weeks the first week being the people who bought the champion(s) with ip or rp and the second week being the free week where riot includes the new champ(s) into the free champ rotation then the hype over the new champion starts to flow away and the game turns normal again seeing the new champs every here and there
