Viktor is not broken but getting gutted to half health after 1 augmented laser doesn't feel right to me.
Or just pushing an entire wave with 1 E. This is like the old TF nerf to his Q, prior to that he could Q one entire wave and delete it, now he needs more time to do that and thus more risk.

Lux has a 50% or above win rate on every mid laner besides Galio and Zilean. With also a low amount of average games played also compared to other things.
