How do I deal with contstant counterjungling

So I was playing shyvana jg vs udyr and I tried to go for a full control jg but udyr beat me at my own game. He was always taking camps and I got flamed super hard by our midlane and she had the worst attitude I've seen in a long time and kept complaining about warding and refused to surrender to troll me. This was a ranked game but it was supposed to be normals because I not ready to use shyvana yet. I need to test her runes. The thing about wards is it's low elo.nobody wards and besides, most people just ward river and objectives. What ended up happening was I was multiple levels behind. So what do I do about this.
