Not that much, and if i recall correctly the bonus AD he gets scales also depending on the current AD he has (or something like that). I'd get Ionians to get to 40-45% CDR. Otherwise Swiftness or Mercury for the tenacity.

I feel like you have to get damage only, because of an immobile ADC getting caught equals death anyway

Yes but besekrs really aren't giving much damage at all. Whereas: Ionian -> more cdr and summoner cdr - more ability damage and more flashes - so if you wan't damage these are he best choice. Swiftness - more mobility, more kiting, less getting caught Merc treads - Slightly less vulnerable to ap burst and cc
