What was the most "r/woooosh" thing the balance team did on public servers?

I've got a few but I'd like to hear what balance changes just utterly FAILED.

Personally I think the whole Camille situation was amazingly bad. Literally everyone on PBE said she was too powerful and there was no counterplay, but she still got released without a single snitch. I remember my friend ranting to me about it because she kept appearing in his ranked games.
