While her instant R E was nerfed, anivia is still the same old cancer champ
She may not be strong right now, but her kit is the epitome of stupidity. There's very little interacting with her if she decides to not want to interact.

the game instant about fighting and doing damage... the game is about objectives you happen to fight for objectives and do damage to win fights to secure objectives
And? If she wants to chase you down, she cant because she has no mobility and very telegraphed slow moves.
She has a strong defense and very poor offense.
Anivia is easy to deal with, this is coming from an Anivia main and from some one who absolutely loves fighting her because I know how she plays and her weaknesses very well, which is so much more than most people give her credit for. So just going to ask this question then, because I've seen many people complaining about her in the past like 3-4 patches....
So what exactly do you want them to do to her?
She already is the slowest champion in the game, as one of the most mana hungry champions in the game that requires her double stacking mana items just to survive mid game. Easy to dodge skill shot that is 100% reliant for her to even do anything pre level 6 since without her Q, the E is one of the weakest abilities in the game and she has the lowest HP in the game.
Lowering her damage wouldn't do anything but force her out of Mid lane and into the support role and honestly no one wants that, we have enough mages down there. (I know that she is played as support some times, but I meant forcing her down there as her main role)

i feel like she could be made a lot less obnoxious with very minor changes but im at a loss as to what would actually need to happen.
Her Q is the slowest skillshot in game. You deserve to get instabursted if you get hit by it long range. Also she has mana issues. Abuse that.
