Can lifeteal exceed the cap?
Just something I was wondering about, lets say its an olaf with multiple lifesteal items and a spirit visage, with his w on would he be able to pass the lifesteal cap and heal for more damage than he does? Another example, sion with atleast 1 lifesteal item dies and enters his passive, does that put him at above 100% lifesteal or still 100%.
