More utility on teemo

Before you guys downvote, just hear these changes. There is no such thing as teemo being good in any elo, as he is only really played by one trick ponies.

I also hear how he harasses top laners, but i think people have a big misconception about teemo doing this to the majority of the top laners, if anything, it's actually the reverse. All these shit on teemo if they can close the gap on him Darius Aatrox Fiora Riven Yorick Jax and obviously half of the roaster with more range than him counter him anyway except completely AA based champs like adc's that are usually always botlane.

So naturally you would expect an early dominant laner to get more damage and push, but this is hardly the case since the best teemo's always build resistances before they build damage. He is vulnerable to ganks as well and lacks team fights so it really is very difficult to master him macro wise.

The only real niche a teemo can fill in a team is split pushing and attracting attention. But as much as you guys think, his farming is not that good and requires him to use his shrooms, possibly what makes his split pushing reliable to even begin with (due to the vision and slow they provide).

Whilst i do not think he needs any form of buff to damage, i would like to propose some slight utility buffs:

  1. Teemo can now stack 4 shrooms
  2. Teemo has max range throw on shrooms at all levels

The first one is not even a buff, since good teemo players never sit with 3 shrooms but this will help him alot in lower elos and especially in cases where he would like to block paths whilst split pushing. The 2nd buff is mandatory for him to be viable in team fights and to prevent him face checking bushes until he is atleast lvl 11-16 (when he can rocket throw the shrooms ).

i say we add a price to this item 3364 . or make teemo able to dash to nearby shrooms. that'd be funny

Second highest win rate plat+ with a 3% playrate. That's a whole lot more than onetrick ponies

The way his Shrooms work currently, it's better to spread them out a bit then cluster them up. If an enemy runs through 3 back to back, they take the initial explosion dmg from each, but the Poison duration is reset. If you space those same three Shrooms apart some, the enemy walks through, hits one, initial dmg, poison....hits another, explosion dmg, refresh poison timer and poison dmg.....then hits the final Shroom. Same scenario almost as before, but you'll end up doing more max dmg over all because of the distance between Shrooms = more time for each Shrooms poison DOT to work.

Utility buff idea? Why not have his Shrooms either

A) Stack the Poison damage, incentivizing Teemo to cluster up his Shrooms to do lots of damage. The trade off is by Teemo clustering up his Shrooms, an enemy is less likely to hit one if they were spread out. But when someone does find a shroom, they risk being wrecked if they don't turn back or stop and stand still immediately.

B) Keep the Poison dmg mechanic as it is where it refreshes, but have the initial explosion dmg from each Shroom stack multiplicatively. For the same reasons as before. It strengthens Teemo's ability to create lethal zones, but limits the range and scope of these zones while increasing their lethality.

It's also be neat to consider having vision on an enemy that ran through 3 shrooms as they walk through their jungle. That part might be too powerful so maybe the vision on poisoned enemies can have a cap. But this is something I think they could do that wouldn't give him too much power.

Or update W so that when activating it and running over your own Shrooms, Teemo hops and bounces off of them (just like his shrooms to) but make it so that Teemo can't use this trick to hop over walls. And for fair play, when Teemo bounces off one of his shroom it would be temporarily revealed to the enemy, giving away it's location.

His W is useless.

What they need to change it to is

Guerrilla Tactics (W): Passive: +15/20/25/30 Movement speed. When teemo is unseen his next basic attack does +10% damage.

Activate: Teemo activates his training gaining stealth for 1.5s and Double the passive Movement speed for 3s
