champion was always fucking stupid and still is. 6 years and you didnt manage to give her some counterplay. its the same shit as with ryze rune prison who is now getting reworked for like the 10th time. gt it into your heads, ranged point and click burst is unhealthy, especially with hard cc attached.

just give her a delay on tibbers, or completely remove the burst damage on the spell in favour of burn damage.

if youre not plying a hypermobile champion, and have godlike reflexes, any time she has flash up its pretty much a guaranteed kill.

there is literally 0 you can do agaisnt her burst chain other than staying 800 units away from her. its fucking retarded.

There's a lot you ca do against Annie. A lot. She's one of the first champions most people actually learn how to counter, and she GOT counterplay with her rework.

you say there is a lot, but youre not actually giving examples.

she got a more visible stack counter. that has nothing to do with counterplay. you cant actually prevent her from charging the stun.

she hits 6, flashes on you and blows you up before the stun even runs out. where is the counterplay to that?
