crystal venom skarner was the healthiest iteration of him

all you really needed to do after that was make his Q something more interesting than an instant PBAoE but he fit the bill of a healthy bruiser otherwise with some of his power gated behind a condition of needing to stack up first and having an avoidable skillshot that gives him a way to close distance if he lands it

i don't even know if he needs a total overhaul, his kit is WAS really functional and if anything he's only been fucked by riot's reworks + Zac rework doing what Skarner's supposed to do but to potentially 5 people at once

The Crystal Pylons are such a shitty passive. It's like If Bard's meeps were only useful up to 1000 units range from the spot they spawned.

Skarner's Cystal Venom passive is no different than Braum's passive -- and Braum's passive can be stacked/proc'd by his allies.

Bring back the Crystal Venom passive, ditch the Crystal Pylon horseshit, and make Skarner's Q something more interesting than "MASH EVERY GLOBAL COOLDOWN".

As Skarner stands now, he's only semi-fun to play in Poro King for the potential Snowball -> Dash -> Ult -> Poro King Recall -> LOL UR DEAD LOL shenanigans

His Q is fine. The idea of a constant zone of threat around a character isn't a bad thing.

Crystal Venom was fine, but I'm going to say it - There is a lot of good direction in his current kit.

Namely - He gets Movement Speed and Attack Speed upon successfully stunning someone.

If they brought back Crystal Venom, that aspect should remain; he gains MS and AS upon a successful stun. Also, allow him to AA the target of his ultimate with the Crystal Charge-empowered AS.

I love Skarner, always have, and he's my highest Mastery champion. This iteration is a step in the right direction, but it is by no means perfect and has very glaring flaws (The spires, mainly).

Personally, I liked the ramp up attack speed and move speed on his Q. I'm not a fan of the buffs being only after stunning someone.

That's a lot more invisible, though, and makes Skarner really similar to Udyr with a drag.

I like the stun buff because it's unique; not many champions have mechanics like that, and it serves to give Skarner clear windows of power.
