A change to Teemo's passive, yes it's a buff

OK, so I love Teemo (Que the infinite down-votes) hes fun to play and adorable. And when he got his miniature rework it got me thinking Teemo's a scout right but why is he only able to move through brush? that's near useless, the bushes are small and there aren't enough, what if he could move outside them? I under stand the over poweredness giving Teemo Eve's passive, but what about this? When not moving for three seconds he becomes invisible, when this happens a small circle appears around him visible to him only sortve like Eve's just 1/4 as big, as long as he's in this circle he keeps his passive, the circle follows him and will move to center on him, but will only do so at 20% of Teemo's current movement speed.so basically a buff, but one that would really make him a scout, you could nerf his dmg and cds, while giving him a huge advantage to be what he is. A scout.

Just let him move around in stealth for like 1.5 or 2 seconds after leaving a bush.

That way he can actually take advantage of the awkward bushes in top lane to escape.

I understand why you would like a mechanic that would allow him to slowly move while remaining invisible, however nerfing the entire kit just to give him a passive he doesn't need is simply redundant.

Yes, it would be cool if Teemo would creep around in invisibility, however it would also be cool if Xerath could oneshot the entire team cause he's a god, if Azir could spawn entire legions cause he's an emperor and if Anivia could ignore terrain cause she's a bird.

Thematically it would make sense, but it would be broken, plus Teemo already has a solid kit that functions as it should.

As for "why only in brush", it wasn't thematic. People already become invisible in brush, so if Teemo can get inside and pop his invisibility, he just gains more utility out of it. However it's nothing gamebreaking or much different from what's already happening -- people are already unseen when in brush, and Teemo can already stealth in brush for further safety and confusion. Now he can just move, perhaps dodge a skillshot or two. Slight boost.

Xerath isn't a god he's ascended just like nasus renekton and Azir, but besides that i guess ur right but it'd still be cool to seee this happen, he's one of my favorite champs right now adn i guess it's just that favoritism taalking, i was thinking it more along the lines of when ppl see him turn invisible so he can move just a little bit at a time.

I think the only buff it could see, besides the useless(imo) bush invisibility, is being able to recall without breaking stealth, even without baron. THat'd really complete the NVA ambusher vibe his kit tries for.
