Zyra, syndra, or lissandra

Lisandra, easy and a lot of cc.

None of them have great skins. Lissandra is probably the easiest with the least amount of counters.

Zyra needs a buff and two skins before she's worth playing again.

Yeah. I'd say lissandra. She has a really good engage and escape while syndra and zyra can barely peel for themselves. Especially zyra

All three are great if you know how to use them.

Lissandra is likely the best of the three. She's a decent top lane Flex pick, has a very loaded kit, and builds quite defensively while still providing lots of damage. She's strong against assassins, as well.
