Alright so zed has been my 2nd mained for a long time and I have played him seriously a lot, and Im gonna say this... he requires no skills what so ever... I mean early game U can land just one shurikan and miss a few or not land it at all when your ulting, his passive does crazy damage while criting, and having the slow CC on his E make it soo much easier to land your shurikans when poking, late game gets to the point that, you literally dont need to use ur shurikans while having your E, passive and AAing when ulting, I have missed so much shurikans that I have remembered when ulting to late game and managing to kill people without it. This item is great for him
