your crying like your new, try bulling gp instead of passive farming as soon as he hits level 2 keep a ward in the bushes and avoid the small radius around his barrels plus his barrels are getting nurfed to 45% armor ignore plus the hp% is only 15 so how would this be relevant unless you were raging? play someone like darius or sion or renekton or fiora or aatrox or jax or garen or yorick or shen or rumble or just get good at the game all those are common not overly op top laners, as gp ive destroyed my share of lane and lost my share of lanes if your skilled enough its possible to outskill anyone

i got recked by one as aatrox yesterday cheesed me to no hell at level 2 with ignite and his barrels under tower ( twice) then if i got closs to killing him haha oranges its k

Basically same story against every other melee champ, he places a barrel around the cs and gg you never get cs anymore the entire game long.

i usually destroy him whenever i end up against him idk what your problem is, you just wait till he uses his passive when he last hits and you trade with him and avoid barrels pretty simple

You cant make the usual "passive farming" toplane vs Gangplank, so people think hes op, because the LoL community is unable to change the playstyle even a little bit
