Idea for swapping in new champ selection

Rather then swap champs after all the picks are done, Change it so that swap exchanges the pick order during the Champion intent selection. Removes the random factor for champion pools in player base.

That's....actually a sane idea with some thought behind it. That only problem being convincing people to give up first pick because they don't own Jax (in lower ELO). But still an idea I like.

I thought Jax was a perma ban in lower-mid elo at the moment? Besides looking to the current system, their not owning jax would have the exact same result as refusing to give up first pick, thus i do not see where exactly the problem you speak of is. With my suggestion however, you still would have the potential to swap pick positions and thus their lack of jax in champion pool is a non issue if you own him. Plus by having this done in Intent stage also means that the first two have the option to try and swap into a lower pick to get a ban choice.

Sometimes he slips through.

And it's mostly just a worry about people being dickish and not wanting to give up first pick because "muh first pick". You know, just normal abuses of a given system.

Fair point, but people with that kind of an attitude are unlikely to swap with you in the current system.

Yes. I still keep hoping that one day we can plus all of the loopholes, though.
