If i were to play it I would go conquerer (because the sustain I a team fight with titanic is insane, triumph, bloodline or tenacity (if the enemy had a lot of long duration cc, coup de grace. And for secondaries it’s mostly personal preference but I would go ultimate hunter sudden impact or go resolve with overgrowth and a matchup based rune
