which I don't believe, but assuming I do, I'm going to go ahead and point out the obvious:

**You're taking too fucking long to make changes. **

This snail's pace process for applying changes is comparable to Time Warner Cable and the speed they operate on to fix issues with my internet is a service I consider to be more worthless than trash. And you can blame the rigorousness of your balance process all you like, but you've proven before that you can apply changes quickly, so people, like me, don't buy it when you point to that as the cause. If you actually want to restore good will with the disillusioned players you created with season 8, you can start there.

And if you're AGAIN going to point to the rigorousness of the balance process, might I suggest you cut some corners. Changes in a direction still gives you information, even if it's the wrong one. Stagnation doesn't give you jack.
