One thing I'm confused with is why do we want to make adc's scale better
Coming back at all the changes, I do see some positive stuff like higher costs on items, lower armor and base regen lvl 1 to make bully adc's that scale less more susceptible to taking advantages ; some crit changes so that it scales slightly later into the game, but overall in lategame ADC's become even more powerhouses.
They gain around 100+ HP lategame, making them better against burst, defensive-offensive items are buffed and with IE's true damage, LW is no longer needed meaning they can get some all rounded offensive-defensive build and be extremely hard to kill lategame.
for instance comes to mind, you can even get a second crit item for 100% crit, no longer needing LW gives a free inventory space that can be used easily defensively especially since GA/maw/BT became better ; in a world where we already have a hard time bursting through them, and let's not even talk about when they get a tank or enchanter support with items to protect them.
I just don't feel like adc's need any lategame compensation as they already dominate it really hard.
