Anyone else experience ping increase since patch 5.24??

Hi, I use TWC and play from upstate New York and I have experienced an inexplicable increase of ping from 50 to 140 ever since I patched the game. Is there anyone else who is experiencing the same thing?

Have the same problem. Can't tell if its me or the patch yet. Will update when i figure it out.
