lol this happens every game. when Nasus is bullied out all you have to do is hit the jungle and wait for the wave to get pushed to your tower. Yo keep up farm and don' really get behind at all. It's like riot thought that allowing him to scale so insanely fast was smart and "balanced".

your top probably thought "hah I won the lane" and left Nasus alone to farm.

You don't counter Nasus by shutting him down in lane. That is a gamble you will lose more often then not. You win against Nasus by picking a comp with tons of peel.

Don't let your top roam. Top needs to push up to the inhib, ward up the lane and continue to drop Nasus every time you see him. Let Nasus free farm and you might as well have sent no one top at all.

You just need a good kiting mechanism and decent siege so nasus can't effectively splitpush
