And btw, if she misses her skill shot, it'll extrend the duration of hate spikes. Not only that, she also deals less dmg, a lot less. And tbh her hate spikes is her core kit ability . . . once she's done with it, she gets shit on ( Depending on many factors like your skills, her skills, etc . .)
And BTW, you can still outplay her BEFORE she even throws her skill shot. For example, I always charm her first with ahri's E before she even thinks of throwing her Q with the heart thingy above me. There are many ways to counter her. Ahri's e is just an example, one of the many.
I myself, played eve a lot at some point and I can assure you that even if I have my W on their heads . . . You actually hesitate in going in for the q depending on the situation. There's always a risk in engaging with eve, specially when her R's not available.
You have time to think about your actions before she thinks about engaging.

The only thing to do for you to find out is to have the key and that is skills, in atleast one of the champs. And btw I'm sure there are more champs that can easily out play an eve that I haven't mentioned but these are the highly mobile, wrecking machines I could think of.

Summonah123691 votes?, Eve's harm is a bit hard to get used to. I've played her a couple times before and the way that you have to fully charm someone is so weird because they have to stay within a certain charm range. I'd say it's easy to dodge.
