I'm unsure of how to separate the text itself from the link. Even if I Ctrl-C and paste it still gives me a pop up for a save/open/cancel file I cant access

Just highlight it with the mouse and then right click, and click copy, not copy link. Don't use Ctrl-C. But, if you still can't find it, Google, "Poro Overlord Syndra".
