Seriously Riot, you make "utility ratios" then you just NEVER touch on the issue again EVER
Considering how poke supports have been complete ass in the past 2 years and utility ratios came out 2 years ago, hmm
Come on Riot, you have completely forgot that utility ratios exist, most champions who received them a long time ago STILL have the same values and as for the ones that were changed, they were all fucking nerfs
The fuck is the point of a champion who deals less damage and has less utility then a intended AP mid champion, and to get anything close to their base damages/utility those supports require 200+AP and thanks to how awful AP itemization is, getting the right amount of AP to make a AP utility support either means your inventory is full of items what make you feel useless (seriously, why does every AP support item do fucking NOTHING for you) or just said "fuck it" and got a Nomicon, deathcap ect...
Seriously, if you don't give a fuck about utility ratios, can you please remove them and give AP supports their decent base utility back?
