Is TuStrong Balanced?
Infinite poke. Just wait a minute or two for the mana to come back. 4.4 AD Ratio on ult. AS Boost. Invis + clone. Armor shred + basic attack buff. What do you think? I'm not saying he is OP. I just think he is TuSrong.

Cloud2731 votesHe actually is kind of broken. His stealth is on a super short cooldown, and he scales very well with most of his abilities. And his passive makes him impossible to burst down in teamfights. Either nerf his damage or nerf his passive. Then he will be more manageable.
