Is Yasuo wind wall ever going to rebalanced? A Nami ult shouldn't vanish because it hit wind wall.

I understand it's meant to be a strong anti-projectile utility but it makes no sense that it can block certain things like a massive Nami tsunami. That's overpowered and makes no sense. For one, the tsunami should not even be coded as a projectile, it's a massive sweeping wave.

Posts like this (for some reason its always complaining about Nami Ult instead of the hundreds of other projectiles in the game) just come off as a lack of mechanical understanding.

A 'projectile' is generally any particle that travels from point A to point B with any sort of travel time or velocity. Hence, Nami's Ultimate is a projectile.

For one, the tsunami could not even be coded as a projectile.

Yes, it should. That's how the coding of this game works. What do you want it coded as? It is a projectile. Now, you could instead argue, "I think the wave should be split up and coded as 5 different projectiles, all moving in the same direction/speed together so that they visually still remain one wave. However if a 'slice' of the wall is blocked by Yasuo or Braum the remaining pieces will continue."

I still don't think that'd happen though, because once you start saying "Change X Champion's abilities so that I can circumvent Yasuo's kit" I think you get into dangerous territory. However, the argument itself would be reasonable. Rather than just "This ability should go through Yasuo's wall because I said so."

it can be coded as particle the same way as Lux or Ezreal ults since they can hit more than a certain number of units.

Lux and Ezreal's ults are not the same.

For one thing, Lux's Ult is not a projectile. That is why Lux's Ult is not stopped by Yasuo's Wind Wall, but Ezreal's is.

Lux's Ultimate is an "instant" skill shot, it does not have a travel time. It just 'appears' rather than traveling between the points. This is similar to Vel'Koz's Ultimate or Annie's flamethrower ability (can't remember the name.. incinerate?)

Ezreal's ult is a projectile skill shot, so it is stopped.

A lot of projectiles can hit multiple targets. Lux's ult isn't blocked because it doesn't have any travel time. Ezreal's ult has travel time and is a projectile so it's blocked.

Why do people mention Nami's Ult whenever we are talking Wind Wall?

Holy shit, how is this any more nonsenical than Yasuo blocking bullets, fire, lighting and rockets?

Because it's not only overpowered, it doesn't make sense. Worst case scenario, it should stop the part of the tsunami that is blocked by the wind wall. To have a tiny portion of wall stop her ultimate which is like 4 times as wide is just stupid.

And it blocking a god damn Rocket that is bigger than Wind Wall itself makes sense?

I am not even talking balance. I just want to know why people are so hung up on Nami's attack getting blocked when he can block far more wierd stuff.
