I miss Smite Buffs and Boot Enchantments ):

They were little touches seasons ago that I found rather delightful. On the chance we'd probably have to issue some nerfs across the board, could we potentially get these back in some way? At least maybe one of the two?

Jg buffs were OP and Rito don't like Trock3j so they removed them. Boot enchants boiled down to buy home guards or buy home guards, so Rito removed them.

I could really imagine bringing back boot enchantments at some point, but maybe in another way than they were removed.

An inspiration rune perhaps?

At this point, I genuinely feel the Balance Team should be the next major Rework.
