Make more champions 450 IP now that you increased the required amount of champs needed.

Kinda ridiculous that there is such a small amount of 450 IP champs right now, some of them being too hard to play i.e Ryze.

This is about ranked btw.

The lower price points need more actually good top laners, I think.

Riven, Fiora, Jayce, Kennen, Maokai, Nautilus, Renekton, Darius, Irelia, Swain, Rumble, Trundle, and Yorick are all 4800 IP, and Kled is 6300.

It doesn't help that over half the champions are in the 4800-6300 price ranges, but it seems most noticeable for top lane, considering its cheaper picks consist of:

Tryndamere, who's just cheese and doesn't really play League of Legends Garen, who still sucks against anyone with half a brain. Singed, who is... Singed. Mundo has seen better days. Cho's as clunky as ever. Jax isn't really as much a 'grandmaster' as he used to be. Ryze, who's now a lot harder to play optimally.

You get, like... Gragas and Galio at 3150, and that's only good if you want to play a tank.

Edit: Olaf and Pantheon are 3150 too. I still think they need to move several of the 4800s down a tier or two, though. There are too many 4800 champions and not enough new champ releases to reliably shift them down anymore.
