'League of Legends' Ivern, The Green Father Abilities: Won't Fight Jungle Camps And Can Make Bushes

Barely any dmg. All dmg from ult or capture. What I want to know is the cool down on ult. Without taking camps he'd be largely useless early game. Fun to see how he develops.

What about scuttle? Will it do dmg?

if he goes out like that he will be the most broken champ since Xin on release..... honestly i can't see how such skillset can even be balanced ... he will make regular jungler feel unusefull
