While I don't know about giving surrender options at 10 or 15 mins in general, I definitely think it would be smart to add logic into the game that allows you to surrender 5 minutes early for each player who never connected or has been afk for the majority of the game.

id settle for 15 idk i think 10 may be to early. Then again i'm not sure with how short some games may become.

So because game end sooner u want them to end sooner? Whats the logic in that? Its obvious now if u are losing like mad now, game can end in 15 mins. So why would they make it even shorter?
