If we apply Riot logic to this this will definitely make it into 5.6 because its his compensation for the 50 range increase on his Baleful Strike and Event Horizon.

The changes will definitely get pushed through like

Veigar Baleful Strike [Q] - Range increased to 900 (up from 850) Event Horizon [E] -

  • Range increased to 750 (up from 700)*
  • Now only stuns the air*

Edit: Nvm saw the point in the video. It's a bug, they'll hotfix it.

Yeah, thats definitely getting hotfixed since its a major bug.

That or... they might be planning to try a new mechanic on his thing and they accidently did that.
