Not banning a champion on this patch borders on lawlessness

With the amount of stuff that is S+++ tier, it really feels like if you don't ban something that's insane compared to its peers (Brand, Zoe, Yasuo, Yi, etc.), it feels like you're probably trolling... There's such a select group of extremely strong stuff and everything other than it is just weak.
