past gold elo dying before minion spawn should be considered for legitimate griefing reports

It's season 8, people know what they're doing when they die to an invade.

it's either:

1. someone was alt tabbed during an invade at the camp of interest (afk offense)
2. someone is purposefully facechecking brushes in the enemy jungle (griefing, it's past gold elo folks)
