And for 7800 ip champs too. You can actually get these champs for only 5100 ip. Just buy 3 mystery champion shards, and then re-roll then into a random champion permanent. You'll end up saving a lot of ip doing it this way. Just make sure you own everyone who's 4800 or less before doing this.

Rerolls only give you things you don't own. Which means champion rerolls can only give you unowned champions

its gives you 3 random shards that you combine into a permanent. The random generator looks to what is unowned first. So if you only have one champ unowned you will get that champ.

If you reroll three champion shards and you don't own every champion, then you are guaranteed to unlock a champion you don't yet own.

Okay let me explain this again. If you fuse 3 champion shards into a random champion permanent, you'll get a champion you don't own yet. If you already own everyone less than 4800, you're guaranteed to save IP.
