Shyvana's current state holds no identity

Her q nerfs have made her dueling average in the early game (to where she is miserable in top lane) and she doesn't have any items or scaling abilities that are currently strong to help her into mid-late game. There's very little reason to not pick Jax, Yi or Xin instead who scale much better if you plan on AFK farming and have better ganks as well. You could argue that Shyvana clears faster than them but honestly who cares if there isn't a power spike she is shooting for. Somebody at Riot needs to look at the nerf to her twin bite and think about buffing it since devourer is now gone or possibly taking a look at buffing BOTRK again.
