Those Janna changes filled my heart with joy
Still not enough to make her balanced, but it's a start at least.
I suggest making her W a skillshot.

I had the same idea about her W when I saw the changes and was upset by them. I think all she needs it one less point and click ability to make her harder to use and easier to play against, not this weird negative mana cost thing, ON TOP of the recently posted Ardent Censer nerf.
I was thinking something similar to Ezreal W, it could slow enemies and speed up allies it passes through, and perhaps it could start slightly behind Janna so she would always gain the speed boost.
