Buff Xin E dash range?

As much as I feel he isn't doing a good job at exterminating ADCs, when he ganks you and uses E to instantly slow you, buffing the range would make him a Rengar.

i could see this if and only if they removed the slow from his e.. his damage is so high early and mid game that he can 1 v 1 anyone in the game at level 2 (maybe not irelia or darius) and when his level 3 ganks are the best in game

If you want to buff his E range, nerf his Q. He's ridiculous as is.
