Amount of slows getting out of hand

Riot is failing to recognize the real problem: Slow abilities and lack of counter

• Nerf to mercury boots

• No longer 2 easy points in masterie tree for reduced slow effect. Now trades with 15 armor and mr.

• Frost Queen: its OP. CD is way too low. 1-4 champs per game have this item. Says a lot for a support item

• Rylai: Were Anivia, Brand and Malzahar the problem or just this item combined with DoT. Still can't get close to Brand once he buys it.

• Other champs are also buying it more frequently for some time over their core items

• MF rain slows too much. Already got nerfed.

• Why don't we see juggernauts anymore? Because its never been easier to permakite them.

Either buff mercury boots or mastery tree or nerf Rylai and Frost Queen.
