Lucian needs to refund mana upon killing units with his Q.

10 mana for each unit killed. Right now, his laning is too weak against long-ranged opponents. This change would help him stay in the lane while taking risks (pushing up the lane in order to CS more easily.)

Lucian is currently the most played adc, also essence reaver solves this if u wanna go that build.

lucian is the most played ADC right now in soloQ... he doesnt need buffs, and could actually need a tiny nerf
