Okay.. it took you like almost 2 months to realize and decide the heal value needed to be more than cut in half ??? Either you need to reevaluate who gets a PBE account or the balance team is smoking some dank ass shit.

Everyone was complainig how useless and weak he was, then when it was released it was utterly broken.
(I remember reading some stuff on /r/rengarmains, where a guy called everyone out on their bullshit)
But why is there even a PBE if nothing gets tested, people just make videos of new skins and champs, that's it.

Disagree - There is a process and it takes awhile. Riot is well aware there are champions or items that are out of balance, but its just not a priority to work on that right now. In short; things take time - don't be a dick about it - It's one of the better balanced games out there.
