That is tanky, does a ton of damage, can use his ultimate 5 times in a team fight and has a blitzcrank grab that can pull in an entire team. Maybe add in a couple of slows and an armor debuff too just in case. I bet if you made somebody like this you would see him in every game.

I see what you did thete, but we don't see him every game cause he's virtually permabanned.

This champion sounds like trash. I think his main spammable AOE damage should also heal him for missing health.
