Am I the only one seeing any potential balance issues arising from Luden's Echo?

The Speed boost is among the highest in the game and isn't unique. Double Ludens might become a thing because 120 AP, so you've essentially made all AP mages faster.

It's overpriced right now, and without the passive, it's severely gold inefficient for a high-tier item.

If I wanted to get crazy move speed, I would buy Luden's and a Lich Bane. Not two Ludens.

It gives more damage on average than DFG did and doesn't have its own CD and range cap. Its way stronger.

It is not really over priced when you consider the passive is bascailly incarasing a 500AP champs's ability by 175 damage.

And if you were to compaired it to DFG the base stats are (2927 DFG) (2886.5 Luden's) Neither is stat efficent forthe price but the active made DFG something that many AP champs would get.

Main difference is that DFG was a single target burst item while Luden's Echo is muti target and can be used several times in a fight. Bascially more potential counterplay then DFG > Q > E > R = dead

Overpriced? It's freakin 7% movespeed with a bonus 15% ap ration every 3 seconds. Da fuq.

I'd like to comment it's fucking amazing on Kat atm though. Early movespeed item then roam and snowball with it.
