Why are you leaving Azir at a 46~ winrate

He's just left in the dirt never broken easily focused so many champions do his job better, in fact there's so many bugs om him some champions go though his wall like E unless its intended, sometimes w shows it attack but no damage is proc'd or when pressing w for a solider to cs with you auto-attack and you cant for a couple of seconds, worst of all sometimes Q does no damage rarely even when clearly in range. I can't be the only one seeing these "Bugs" but why has been left to die.
