Another Ranked game lost because of a Troll that Riot will probably do nothing about.

Lee Jungler Trolled all game. Baited laners into his "Ganks" then he would run as soon as they committed.

Then AFK "Farmed" jungle but got less CS then enemy junlger who was ganking. Then made sure to be on the other side of the map when Baron or Dragon was up. Did a Baron steal only to make sure the ban bots dont ban him. Did JUST over the damage of our Thresh support....
