His name is Sol. Insta wave clear, hard cc, endless mobility, aoe damage. Absolutely same play style - push your lane to enemy tower and gank other lanes non-stop. Some time ago Riot decided that such kind of play style is not healthy, so they changed their mind, I guess xD

That's it. Champs like Zed, Yasuo, or Graves counter him because they have such high mobility and are able to get inside and outside of his stars.
dEAdbUs1 votesYou're talking with Heimer main (800 games), and nope Sol is not like Heimer. Heimer has no mobility, his turrets are immobile and can be destroyed, beams can be dodged, etc.
