Veigar ult scaling with the other persons ap makes no sense

Late game it can one shot an ap carry and there's nothing you can do about it. Even Kassadin gets chucked a huge amount with his passive and a chalice. Veigar does enough damage her doesn't need a one shot for ap casters. The worst part is... If you kill him over and over and over In Lane he is still relevant because the more ap they get the more damage veigar ult does. Completely unfair to the game. There are no other moves in the entire game that scale like this.

I have an idea. If you're building AP, then build Zonya's Hourglass. When you see the animation for his ult, use the active on Zonya's. Then his ult will be on CD for like 85 seconds and you can punish him then. He really isn't that much of a threat if you play it right.

By the time you unhourglass and get unstunned he is long gone

So? You avoided his damage. Get him later while his ultimate is on cooldown, you shouldn't expect to be able to kill someone immediately after using a defensive active.

He gave you a tip on survival, it's not immediately negated because you don't always get the kill afterwards.

Actually, there TECHNICALLY are abilities that scale with your enemy's items. % health damage and it's a pLAgUE

Cept they tend to have counterplay (avoid skillshots, don't let vayne hit you three times, avoid Fiora)

Veigar's you just click and assuming they don't use Zhonya or something similar, you probably died.

Fizz KogMaw Kindred item 3153 these are personally the worst offenders for me (esPECIALLY when it's Vayne with Botrk. her passive + botrk's active means there's no escape for most immobile champions, and it's honestly awful to deal with, especially as a tank)
