So rylais recieved a nerf when it was originally buffed.. can we undo that nerf?

Specifically the compound slows nerf; previously, slows with rylais would stack. But when rylais got buffed they changed that so only the strongest slow effected.

Can we change it back so this 20% rylais can compound again?

that nerf hit every slow in the game not just rylias. everywhere in the game only the strongest slow prevails
